BAIE

Baie - Table d'hôtes, comes from an encounter between a place, a region and a common desire.

We want to welcome our customers in a friendly and warm atmosphere like at home, which is why we only have two large tables d'hôtes.

We have taken the best of our experiences in the hotel and restaurant industry (Lasserre, Sangri-La, Sea Grill, Kitchen Galerie, Le 52, Bien Elevé) to create a unique place that resembles us.

We went to meet the producers and craftsmen of our region to create bespoke tableware and furniture.

It is also a new way of cooking, in constant dialogue with market gardeners and local producers, proposals that change according to new arrivals.

We would like to point out that we do not take reservations for more than 6 people, that we do not accept restaurant tickets / holiday vouchers and that we have no view of the bay.
